Lucile Capuron

Lucile CAPURON is Research Director at INRAE (French National Institute of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Research – University of Bordeaux), chair of the laboratory of Nutrition and Integrative Neurobiology (NutriNeuro) and head of the Nutrition and Neuropsychiatric symptom dimensions research team. She is also adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta, USA. Psychologist by training, her research aims at understanding how nutrition influences mental health, with a particular focus on inflammatory mechanisms.
